Dr. Monique Dennis founded The Freedom Heart Foundation with a mission to help mothers and their children  affected by domestic violence.

Through The Freedom Heart Foundation, outreach and proceeds have benefited Safe Space South, Inn Transition South, Jefferson Reaves House and Lotus House shelters.
